One of our many specialties, This was a popular build in the 60's through the early 90's. We were contracted to build this home with all the electrical, plumbing, and structure. The homeowners wanted to finish the inside themselves. The outer shell was completed and water tight leaving an open canvas for the interior to be practically whatever could be imagined. This is commonly referred to as a "Jim Walter's home". This can be an incredible savings to a homeowner on a budget as the home is code compliant and livable while all interior work is being done as time and money allows.

This was a ventless gas log insert. We built the surround being covered entirely with cement board for fire safety and the exterior being covered in faux stone and tile.
